Does Every Company Need a Design System?
Design systems like Material Design and Apple HIG have become industry standards. But do small and medium companies need to build their own design system? Or is using ready-made systems sufficient?

I believe medium-sized companies can start with a simple design system based on a ready-made library like shadcn/ui and then customize it gradually. It is not necessary to build everything from scratch.
